Fertsy is an internationally leading startup dedicated to artificial intelligence in assisted reproduction, founded by AI and information systems experts who graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University and have worked for many years at globally renowned companies such as Huawei, Microsoft, and Baidu. In collaboration with top-tier assisted reproduction physician teams at home and abroad, Fertsy has jointly developed a series of AI-powered embryo assessment and laboratory quality control software and hardware systems, committed to using technological innovation to improve the success rate and accessibility of assisted reproduction while reducing error rates.

Jinxin Reproductive Group (01951.HK) is committed to building an internationally leading comprehensive assisted reproduction service system. In 2021, it incubated Jinxin Technology as a key information technology platform to deepen the R&D and application transformation of core assisted reproduction technologies. Leveraging the Group’s extensive clinical and laboratory resources at home and abroad, and using Jinxin Xinan Hospital (Bisheng Campus) as the product incubation base hospital, Jinxin Technology continuously promotes the standardization, intelligentization, and internationalization of reproductive medicine technology through information technology. Its self-developed digital products and integrated solutions—including the EMR obstetrics and assisted reproduction electronic medical record system, the HSCRM medical customer service operation system, and the women’s health and fertility AI agent—have been widely adopted by dozens of medical institutions both domestically and internationally.

According to the agreement, Fertsy and Jinxin Technology will conduct joint R&D and clinical validation at the Jinxin Xinan embryo laboratory. The collaboration covers multiple areas, including the application of artificial intelligence in embryo screening, laboratory quality control management, and intelligent workflow management. The three parties will fully leverage their respective technological, clinical, and resource advantages to accelerate the clinical translation of research outcomes, delivering assisted reproduction medical solutions with higher success rates, greater safety, and enhanced personalization to patients.

Zhang Dan, Founder and CEO of Fertsy, said: “Jinxin’s technological R&D capabilities and clinical translation experience in assisted reproduction provide an excellent platform for applying artificial intelligence in real-world scenarios. This collaboration is an important step in moving our AI technology from the lab to the clinic.”

Director Meng Xiangqian of the Jinxin Xinan IVF Laboratory expressed great anticipation for this collaboration: “Screening for embryonic developmental potential plays a decisive role in achieving successful live births for patients. With the strong support of Professor Li Yuan, president of the hospital, the Jinxin Xinan IVF Laboratory is joining hands with Fertsy and Jinxin Technology. Through an AI-powered intelligent scoring system, we will closely connect clinical embryologists and clinicians in the IVF laboratory, empowering embryologists and helping more families realize their dreams of having a child.”

Wang Weipeng, General Manager of Jinxin Technology, noted: “We are highly focused on the potential of artificial intelligence in medical applications. Our collaboration with Fertsy will help us achieve higher precision and controllability in every link of the IVF laboratory process, enhance the embryo selection capabilities of Jinxin’s reproductive centers, and bring hope to more families seeking to have children.”

The conclusion of this strategic partnership not only marks a new stage of technological synergy between Fertsy and Jinxin in the field of assisted reproduction, but also sets a benchmark for the deep integration of ‘AI + reproductive medicine’ in the industry.
