July 11, 2025 – Fertsy announces the formal signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with US-based Progenesis. The two sides will collaborate in depth globally on AI embryo analysis software and other cutting-edge products, jointly promoting the intelligent development of assisted reproduction technology (ART).

Progenesis is one of the leaders in in vitro fertilization (IVF) genetic testing in the US and globally. With over 20 years of industry experience, the company serves more than 1,500 clinics worldwide and has helped over 100,000 families realize their fertility dreams. Progenesis enjoys a high reputation in the industry due to its advanced preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) technology and extensive global business network.

According to the agreement, Progenesis will leverage its broad customer network in key markets such as the US, Brazil, and India to promote Fertsy’s flagship product, EmbryoInsights™ AI embryo analysis software. In addition, the two parties will actively explore deep integration at the product level and jointly conduct research cooperation on future-oriented ‘multimodal AI’ embryo assessment technology, aiming to provide more precise and efficient fertility solutions for patients worldwide.

Dr. Nabil Arrach, CEO of Progenesis, expressed high expectations for this collaboration, stating: "I am very excited to work with Fertsy. Combining EmbryoInsights™’s cutting-edge AI technology with our expertise in genetic testing will bring a revolutionary breakthrough to embryo assessment. This will not only enhance the precision of our services, but more importantly, will bring new hope to tens of thousands of families worldwide, helping them realize the dream of having a healthy baby faster and more safely."

The collaboration with Progenesis is an important step in Fertsy’s ongoing globalization strategy. This marks a further deepening of our "local agency + global cooperation" two-pronged development model. Progenesis’s strong market coverage and industry reputation will provide strong support for our business expansion in key markets such as the Americas and South Asia, enabling our innovative technology to serve a broader population.

Progenesis was the most agile and quick among the many peers Fertsy met at the just-concluded European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) 2025 annual meeting. In the coming weeks and months, we can expect news of more global cooperation actions and deal closures. Such collaborations and deals will fully leverage the advantages of all parties in technology R&D and market channels, jointly committed to improving IVF success rates, reducing patient burdens, and leading the global assisted reproduction industry into a new era driven by AI.
